SHIPPING

Most orders are packed and shipped out within within 1-2 business days. 

We ship Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST via USPS Priority Mail (Kindly reminding: weekends or US holidays do not count as business days).  

Expected delivery for Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days from the time the order is shipped. 

Free shipping on orders over $75 within the USA.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to safety concerns and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and/or exchange on many of our skincare or personal care products.  

However...we want you to be completely happy with the products you purchase. If you have ANY issues at all, please let us know, we will review it case by case. If you encounter any shipping damage, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

For all other non skincare/personal care products that are unopened and unused, we offer full refund/exchange within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
